Party at The Spa

For a private party for two,

The Spa invites you to arrive early and stay late in order to enjoy the amenities including private locker with robe and slippers, steam room, sauna, showers, relaxation lounges, hot tea bar and refreshment station.

 

The following package prices include gratuity and are quoated for parties of five or more.  Prices shown are Monday through Wednesday reservations.  For Thursday, Friday or Saturday, add $10 per person.  After hours opportunities available for your private Spa party!

Each Guest Receives:
Chair Massage
Paraffin Hand Treatment
Skin Analysis and Facial Massage
Moisturizing Body Treatment in The Grotto
Steam, Sauna, Showers and Lounges
Refreshment Station
$100 per person

Party Option 2
Each Guest Receives:
Chair Massage
Paraffin Hand Treatment
Skin Analysis and Facial Massage
Brow Wax
 Moisturizing Body Treatment in The Grotto
Steam, Sauna, Showers and Lounges
Refreshment Station
Lunch from The Spa Lunch Menu
$125 per person

Party Option 3
Each Guest Receives:
Moisturizing Body Treatment in The Grotto
Steam, Sauna, Showers and Lounges
Refreshment Station
Lunch from The Spa Lunch Menu
And each guest may choose:
50 Minute Swedish Massage w/ Stress Relief Back Masque, OR
European Facial with Enzyme, OR
Express Manicure plus Spa Pedicure, with
       Paraffin Treatment added to both
$150 per person


 

Party  Contract

For parties of three or more receiving any
treatments or services, the following
requirements apply for each person:

~ Appointment times are reserved only with a credit card number, prepayment, or relinquishing gift certificate.
 
~ Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to appointment start time.  Late arrival will result in shortened appointment time. Full charges will apply.

~ Less than 72 hour cancellation notice results in full charge. After hours voice mail available at 252-756-8404.
 
~ Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to totals for each person in the party.  
 
~ Only persons receiving spa services or purchasing a “day pass” are allowed to join any party within The Spa locker room, lounges or treatment areas. 
 
 
~~~~~ Additionally, for parties of four or more people,  treatment total, including gratuity, will be charged 72 hours prior to party date/time for each person.  In the event a credit card of any party guest can not be processed, the credit card of the "party planner/hostess-host" will be charged.  Inability to complete a paid transaction results in loss of reservation. ~~~~~ 


I have read and understand each Party Contract requirement, and I assume complete responsibility to ensure each person in the group is aware of each
Party Contract requirement.
